In the book of Jeremiah – God says, “I know the plans I have for you.  They are plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”  God has a plan for each one of us.  God has a plan for Grace Lutheran Church.  The plans God has for us are ‘for good and not for evil’.  The plans God has for us all will result in our doing and achieving goals that we might otherwise be hesitant to strive for.

Congregational Care:

Congregational Care has always been a high priority as we share our joys and trials together.  This ministry includes our weekly prayer group and our prayer chain, transportation to church and appointments as needed, birthday/anniversary recognitions, card ministries, support for grieving families and funeral planning, and visits and phone calls to those who are sick, hospitalized, or struggling with other life issues.
